great stay with wonderful staff and comfiest beds ever

I faced significant frustrations during my stay. Check-in was chaotic, with staff who seemed overwhelmed and left me waiting for assistance multiple times. Additionally, the bistro options were limited and poorly managed, resulting in long wait times for breakfast.

Finding this hotel was a challenge. After driving around the mall for what felt like forever, a faded sign finally guided me to the right road. Upon arrival, the reception was welcoming. My room felt spacious and clean, a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, I noticed ants in the bathroom, which was off-putting. The air conditioning worked fantastically, and the blackout curtains were great for a good night’s sleep. I did enjoy a decent water pressure in the shower, and the bed was comfortable. However, I faced noise disruptions from a nearby sports team staying at the hotel. That made it tough to sleep on Saturday night. The bistro at the hotel didn't offer much in the way of food options, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours. I couldn't order breakfast due to the wait time and ended up skipping it altogether. Lastly, a staff member appeared to be absent several times at the front desk, which left me waiting to check in and check out. Overall, I had a good stay with some hiccups in service and cleanliness.

Additionally, the Bistro had limited food options, with some items missing and prices a tad steep—a $15 charge for eggs doesn't sit right. My room's pullout sofa was surprisingly small and lacked bedding upon arrival, requiring a request to the front desk which felt a bit clunky. Lastly, the steady noise from fellow guests, particularly late at night, disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

this was my first stay at this hotel in peoria, and it really exceeded my expectations. the room was spotless and spacious, giving me the comfort I needed after a long drive. the staff was incredibly helpful, especially when i had a special request about the amenities.
